Are there any horror-comedy movies that I missed in my list? Which movies would you include? What are your top films?

As soon as I started reading this list, I knew Shaun of the Dead would be number 1. I do have to agree with you on that one; it was a very well done film. Slither was more gross than funny, but I still did enjoy it. 8 Legged Freaks is one of my favorites too especially because I hate spiders! I haven't seen a lot of these, but I have heard of 90% of them. I guess it's time for me to have a comedy horror movie weekend again! It has to be my favorite genre :)

You forgot the Re-animator movies, especially beyond reanimator. Also the movie Otis is worth a mention. Maybe even Frightners.

I agree with you - very nice list. My all time favorite Comedy/Horror films are House 1, 2 and 4, Evil Dead series, Tremors series and Elvira, Mistress of the Dark
