What horror/suspense movies would you like to see remade? What would you remake?

Gargoyles 1972 tv movie

I personally dont care for most remakes. They loose alot along the way.But i do like the New Texas Chainsaws and anything Rob Zombie remakes.I would like to see what he could do with the 1972 tv movie Gargoyles, staring Scott Glenn!!

Jan-Micahel Vincent

I agree with Damnation Alley, but another Jan-Michael favorite was The Return. Can't seem to find it ANYWHWERE. Most of his 70's and 80's movies could make great remakes!

I would remake....

Horror Express. The 1972 cult classic was great in it's own right but with the right director, decent actors and script, a remake would be cool. Special effects technology is obviously leaps and bounds ahead of where it was in '72. The problem is finding a competent crew that will do proper justice to this film and not totally screw it up. Sadly, hollywood is known for making sequels/remakes into total crap more often than not.

silentnight,deadlynight,prowler,burning

the burning was just extremely gory and should be re-created 4 this generation of horror fans same as the prowler, was fun, suspenceful and a classic slasher

Prophecy

THE ONE ABOUT THE GIANT MUTATED CREATURE ROAMING THE WOODS AND EATING EVERYTHING IN ITS PATH,SPEACIAL EFFECTS AND A BETTER CREATURE MORE LIKE THE COVER ON THE BOOK COULD MAKE IT A MORE TERRIFYING CREATURE AND MOVIE BUT LIKED THE ORIGINAL SCARED ME THEN.

What Horror movie I would remake

Ithink I would remake The Exorcist.. still one of the scariest because it is based on fact! I know they did sequels, but what about the other exorcisms that priest did? maybe a prequel or two?

judgement day

This is by far the greatest of all cheesefest flims but still truly amazing It follows two traverler somewhere in spain who end up in a village due to a broken down bus. when they arrive in what seems a beautiful and quaint town everyone seems to be packing up and leaving only to find out that one day every year hell comes to the town literally because of an ancient pact. anywho the travelers laugh and think the towns folk are nuts and find out it is tru I highly recommend it if you can find it but it is preety rare to find.

Remakes

How about Rosemary's Baby or Dreamscape? I think it would be interesting.

William Castles' 1961...

Mr. Sardonicus is ripe for a re-make. This horrifying and unique storyline can now incorporate the sexual elements that were in the original short story.

The Ice Cream Man

Mostly because it was ridiculous the first time, and it'd be fun to watch ridiculous a second time.
