The Skinny
- Acting: B (The cast of unknowns manages the difficult task of acting like they're not acting.)
- Direction: B (Lee obviously knows the documentary style and brings her experience to the screen.)
- Script: B- (Smart, but the comedy could be punched up a bit at times, and the ending feels like too drastic a shift in tone.)
- Gore/Effects: B- (Not much gore or makeup needed -- the "high-functioning" zombies have mild, mostly concealed deformities -- but the little that is present is effective and realistic.)
- Overall: B- (Good social satire: insightful, at times funny and even a bit touching.)
