Every actor and actress has to start somewhere, and that somewhere is often horror movies. Though low on the totem pole of cinematic genres, horror has proven fruitful for soon-to-be-stars looking to work their way up to "legitimate" fare. Here are some stars who've succeeded in escaping their meager horror beginnings, even if the studios continue to repackage the films on home video to feature them prominently. Just goes to show that you can never truly escape your skeletons.
