Synopsis: Ten years after causing a mining accident that killed five people an spurred the murderous Valentine's Day rampage of a sixth, Tom Hanniger (Jensen Ackles) returns to the town of Harmony to make amends. However, a killer in a miner's mask begins a new Valentine's Day reign of terror with a pickaxe in hand.
