March 2:

- Eaters: Uwe Boll "presents" this Italian zombie film.
- Grave Encounters 2: In this found footage sequel, a film student obsessed with the first film investigates the supposedly haunted asylum where it took place.
March 12:
- Spiders: Direct-to-video staples Christa Campbell and Patrick Muldoon star in this creature feature about mutant spiders that fall to earth from a disabled Soviet space station.
- Storage 24: A group of Londoners find themselves trapped in a storage facility with a man-eating alien.
March 26:
- The Collection: This enjoyable sequel to The Collector finds the lone survivor of a serial killer leading a rescue mission to find the next victim before its too late.
April 2:
- John Dies at the End: In this inventive horror-comedy, a mystical drug allows a pair of slackers to peer into another dimension.
- Stitches: In this Irish film from the director of Dead Meat, a clown comes back from the dead to avenge his death.
April 9:
- Bad Kids Go to Hell: A group of private school delinquents begin dropping like flies during detention.
May 7:
- Fringe: The Complete Fifth and Final Season: The battle to save our world reaches a climactic conclusion as the Fringe team makes its final stand as this cult TV series ends.
