I don't know if what appears on screen in Scary Movie 5 will be any good, but behind the scenes ought to be quite interesting, given the recent additions of perpetually troubled stars Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan to the cast. While Lohan's involvement has been rumored for weeks, E! Online is reporting that the actress, whose last stab at horror/suspense was the abysmal I Know Who Killed Me in 2007, has officially signed on -- along with Sheen, who starred in Scary Movie 3 and had a cameo in Scary Movie 4 in which his character dies. According to E!, though, part 5 will be a "complete reboot of the franchise," so the entire four-film slate may very well be wiped clean. Directed by Malcolm Lee, Scary Movie 5 also stars Ashley Tisdale and hits theaters on January 11, 2013.
