You’ve already listed a number of my favorite aquatic horror movies! I’d add Deep Star 6, and Lost Voyage to the list. And, The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms.
I question Open Water being on the list because it actually happened. The fate of the two divers is horrific, but not horror. I agree with the inclusion of Dead Calm, though. In the movie, Billy Zane is creepier, and scarier, than many non-human “monsters” in other films on your list.
