New This Week: The Echo, Samurai Princess, Twilight Stars Branch Out

In a light week horror-wise, no genre films hit theaters, and only a handful land on DVD, led by the outrageous Japanese splatter-fest Samurai Princess, the English-language remake of the creepy Philippine ghost movie The Echo (Sigaw) and a pair of movies featuring Twilight supporting cast members Jackson Rathbone (Hurt) and Ashley Greene (Summer's Moon).
